How it works.
Clinical Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a form of therapy that uses hypnosis to induce a state of relaxation and heightened awareness in the mind. This state can be naturally induced and can lead to improvements in just a few sessions.
By being more aware of your inner feelings and by making suggestions to the subconscious mind, hypnotherapy is an incredibly effective method that can be used to help break habits and bring about desired, permanent change.
Talking therapies
Talking therapies, also known as psychological therapies, involve talking to a trained therapist about your thoughts, feelings, and behaviour.
These therapies can be effective in treating a wide range of mental health problems, such as stress, anxiety, and depression. They provide a confidential space where you can discuss your concerns, explore your thoughts and feelings, and work with the therapist to develop new ways of coping.
Emotional Freedom Technique
Based on the ancient principles of acupuncture, and more recent advances through the study and application of kinesiology, EFT is a simple tapping procedure that gently realigns the body’s energy system, without the discomfort of needles or painful prodding.
EFT is a unique energy healing method that addresses emotional issues as a cause of physical, psychological, and emotional dysfunction, and performance limits. It improves overall wellbeing and performance.
Child & Adolescent Therapy
I have vast experience working with children and adolescents. I also spent many years as a mental health clinician. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Child Therapy, Art Therapy and Family Therapy among others.
For the majority of my career as a social worker & therapist, in hospitals and mental health settings both with children, teens & adults. I’ve worked as a specialised therapist in a community Child & Adolescent Mental Health Team and spent four years as a voluntary child counsellor for a phone service in the UK called Childline.
Online Bookings
Therapy rates are $180 per hour, and certain therapy types require more time than others.
My rate is lower than other therapists because I don’t currently offer Medicare rebate.

Refunds & Cancellations:
Please be aware if you cancel within 24hrs, you will be refunded 50% of your session fee. Most therapists retain 100% of the fee.
Once a session has been held, there are strictly no refunds.
My experience.
I am a qualified therapist with 20 years of experience, including 7 years running a successful practice in London. I specialise in Clinical Hypnotherapy and have a wealth of experience in social work.
In 2022 I returned to my home country and am now offering services in Sydney, working with adults, children, and adolescents with a variety of mental health issues, habitual problems and disorders.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to utilize my skills as both therapist and social worker in a variety of roles.
I’ve worked as a social worker in the Paediatric Emergency Department at Royal Northshore Hospital, and had a meaningful experience working with Childline for four years, providing support to children who had experienced physical, sexual, or psychological abuse and neglect.
Additionally, I gained extensive experience as a Mental Health Social Counsellor at the Maudsley Hospital, the largest mental health hospital in England, where I provided crisis intervention and case management services.
I also worked at Kings College Hospital in the the Emergency Department for 2 years as a Vulnerable adult Reporter, crisis Intervener, and family mediator.
I love my job because it’s super diverse and every client is different. But the best part is putting a smile on their faces at the end of it all.

FAQ’s
Frequently asked questions
How long does it usually take to start feeling better?
With Clinical Hypnotherapy, you will notice permanent and positive results after three sessions. You will likely need more to fully address the issue though.
With talking therapies, it really depends on whether you need short-term therapy for something such as acute trauma or whether you would prefer to really delve into chronic problems which would mean attending sessions for a longer period of time. The sooner you address an issue, the sooner you will begin to feel better and see improvements in your life.
How do I know if I need hypnotherapy, talking therapy or eft ?

Do you see patients in person?
Since telehealth became an option, people much prefer completing the therapy from the comfort of their homes. At this time, I only offer telehealth appointments via Zoom or telephone.
